Our Facilities

All our facilities are built and operated under one roof facilitating our whole manufacturing process of garments and berets to go through the complete process from raw material supply to cutting, manufacturing, embroidery, quality checking, packing and delivery through a consistent process flow in order to save time and cost thereby giving our customers the benefit of having the right quality product with the right cost at the right time.

Garment Manufacturing

A state of the art uniform manufacturing unit built and operated with modern technology, machineries and highly skilled craftsmen. Either it is made to measure or standard size, every uniform produced in our plant goes through a stringent quality checking process from start to end in order to ensure we deliver high quality uniforms for our valued customers.

Beret Manufacturing (ETAD Brand)

We take pride in being the very first company to establish our own beret manufacturing facility and the brand “ETAD” in the Sultanate of Oman. This plant is built up and operated with modern machineries and highly skilled craftsmen offering a wide range of berets, peak caps and baseball caps.

Embroidery

Our very owned Embroidery facility is built up with two spheres, one fully automated embroidery unit that operates with high tech machineries and designers whereas the other is a hand embroidery unit that operates with traditional hand embroidery framework known as “Karchob” by highly skilled and talented artisans.

Warehouse

A dedicated large scale centralized warehouse of our plant is the key to start the whole process of our creation. Every raw material that comes into our warehouse goes through a stringent quality checking process before it is stored, fabrics are being checked through a dedicated fabric checking machine using the “4 Point System”  whereas all other raw materials are being checked using individually specified quality checking parameters.

Uniform Distribution and Customer Service Centres (UDCSC’s)

We just don’t supply a product instead we supply a product built with an integrated value added service to our customers before and after the supply to ensure that we take care of their complete uniform solution and related activities under one roof and exclusively.

These service platforms are our unique and dedicated Uniform Distribution and Customer Service Centers where we provide an uninterrupted and a wide range of services and supply, tailor made as per client needs.
